Retro Revival is an editorial promoting sustainable fashion by introducing the revival of old unwanted clothes. Fashionable clothes are used to make statements, Francesca's series was aimed for an alternative edgy magazine to advertise and sell slow fashion. She explored the 80’s shell suit and showed ways of revamping items to make you stand out from the crowd. At the time of the shoot the suits were making a comeback on fast fashion websites such as Pretty Little Thing and Boohoo. She wanted to present ways you can look good without having to spend money and hopes the styling will capture the viewers’ attention and inspire innovative movements to help redefine the future of fashion.
